During SS24, I was in charge of designing a logo for Avenue Y, a real estate company.
Through observing the company building, I identified the initial of the company in the elevation view of the building.
The design language takes inspiration from the building studies. The material, color, and font matches the brutal, modern lingo of the building. The material chosen for the business card is felt texture, which gives soft and tactility.
The brand identity initially takes inspiration from the building, and the design choices further echoes it.
